Why credit report repair?
The law gives you the right to dispute any credit listing on your credit reports that you feel may be inaccurate, untimely, misleading, biased, incomplete or unverifiable also known as questionable items on your credit report. If a credit bureau such as Equifax, Trans Union or Experian can't verify the accuracy of a disputed item, then that item must be removed from your credit report.
The Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) gives you the right to accurate credit reporting. Exercise that right by having your questionable credit listings either verified as accurate or removed from your credit reports according to the law.
